Microsoft already have a 64bit edition of XP and of Server.
But is it worth going 64bit?
This week i shall be installing the 64bit edition of XP and comparing it to the 32bit edition, i will be using 64bit software only on the 64bit partition so i can see if there is really a performance gain.
If you wish to try the 64bit edition of XP Microsoft offer it as a trial Click here to download the trial
I will let you know my findings soon - Exclusive here.
I will run benchmarks on both installs too, i wonder what will win

Seems to be faster, except I doubt your benchmarks will show much performance gain..
