Actually they are in a kayak going by. It is about a 2-3 foot decline at the end where I am sitting. Funny thing is, they were smoking cigarettes while kayaking...WTF? I guess it is no different than smoking while snow skiing...*laughs* I did that when I was younger and still smoked.
