Finally i could get a decent overclock on my Athlon64. I had to change my old crap cpu cooler. I didnt get a excellent mark yet, but its OK for me.
My doubt is if i should use the 2nd config or the 1st one ? Is ~62 C safe for an Athlon64 ?
CPU model: Athlon64 3000+ (Venice)
Stock Speed: 1800 MHz (200 x 9)
DDR: 400 MHz (200 x 2)
HTT: 2000 MHz (1000 x 2)
1st config
OCed Speed(1): 2250 MHz (250 x 9)
DDR: 416 MHz (208 x 2) - Selected DDR333 in BIOS
HTT: 2000 MHz (1000 x 2) - Selected 4x in BIOS
Temp under load: 41 to 48 C (acceptable)
2nd config
OCed Speed(1): 2400 MHz (267 x 9)
DDR: 443 MHz (221,5 x 2) - Selected DDR333 in BIOS
HTT: 2128 MHz (1064 x 2) - Selected 4x in BIOS
Temp under load: 55 to 62 C (a bit high)
Max CPU core frequency that worked: 282 MHz

At stock vcore, FSB termination,MCH and ICH i got my E6320 stable @ 2.80 GHz.
Today i decided to go a bit beyond and got it stable (but a bit hot) @ ~ 3 GHz.
I had to set FSB_T @ 1.5 V, ICH @ 1.2 V, MCH @ 1.75 V and VCore @ 1.4125.

Vista CPU score went from 5,5 to 5,7; will now run 3DMark, maybe now i reach 10000 !
