This is a fan you can buy if you like, i think they are around $30 or so but if I recall only in 80mm size. Looks pretty cool though.

W1zzard (TechPowerup.com) Got to review one at Computex 06, he said that the thermal take ones were not programable. 
I like the idea, if they made one with less flash I may buy it.
