I need a driver (xp X64) for a Canon ZR45mc camcorder. I'm trying to get some video off of it.

I couldn't find any 64bit drivers for that camcorder.
I see you have a 32bit OS on another drive-Seagate 7200.10 160gb (Vista HP x86) ??
Couldn't you use this driver to get what you want off the camcorder then go back to XP64?

tony, is there a way to set the cam output to anything but what it is? i had to set my canon dslr "communication" (usb output) from it's 'normal' position to 'PTP', and it worked in x64, didn't need a driver

Haven't tried any of those......YET. But I'm gonna try to hook up the firewire to my mobo and see if that works.
Yes I have Vista x86....but it doesn't see the camcorder either.

I had to do the same thing MO mentioned---P2P setting worked just fine. G'luck.
