Ever wanted to see the Administrator account on the welcome screen then just do this...

Do not use 'Switch User' after doing this, that relies on the welcome screen (same as Winkey + L).

If you do all open stuff will be lost and you have to restart - you are locked out.
(1) Firstly click on the start menu and click on Run
(2) Type in regedit and click ok (or press Enter)
(3) Then go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon\
SpecialAccounts\UserList
(4) Create a REG_DWORD (DWORD Value) called Administrator
(5) Set the value as 1

Log off and Administrator will be on the Welcome screen, you can follow this process with any user like below.

(1) Firstly click on the start menu and click on Run
(2) Type in regedit and click ok (or press Enter)
(3) Then go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon\
SpecialAccounts\UserList
(4) Create a REG_DWORD (DWORD Value) called Fred
(5) Set the value as 0

Remember the account for example Fred above must be created before this will work

IMPORTANT: To log on to a hidden account press ctrl+alt+Del twice at the welcome sceen and type the user name and password.
