We can say almost anything we want and the most they can do is get pissed off at us. Anyways I'll keep my eyes peeled. I love the direction Office 2007 is going.

What is everyone's general opinion of Office 2007 anyways? I have grown rather fond of it myself.

They can kick you out of the beta
I guess "blacklist" your name so you don't get into any more betas
And the email specifically said not to tell anyone
You're under NDA, show some respect

Once it's posted on the internet somewhere else, then feel free to say whatever **** you want

you're saying that O12B2 is coming soon, the email was "announcing" the arrival of B2, and it specifically said "do not foward or share publically"

Im sorry, i was getting my information from http://www.microsoft-watch.com Specifically this article HERE Now i dont see any problem with posting, and i quote:

Quote

Microsoft is expected to release Beta 2 of Office 2007 to thousands, if not millions, of testers any time now. Microsoft employees began deploying internally the final Beta 2 code last week,...

Also from Dons Blog, located HERE

So lets just mellow out a bit ok?

It's not any big secret when MS sends out one of those emails. A dad of one of my best friends at school works for Microsoft and he doesn't try to keep any secrets like that. Quite honestly I'm surprised someone didn't slip a clue to this before the email came out.

P.S. Each of you say the following to yourself. If there is anything bigger than my ego, I want it found and shot now!

There is a big Microsoft event today that previews some of the features of Sharepoint and other Microsoft search products. My hopes are that it gets handed out today at that as a keynote gift type thing. Billy is doing the keynote so it must be fairly important. If my prediction is right, look for it to surface sometime tonight.
