This isn't another startmenu, but it's kinda cool...very much like the dock in OSX.

I love it....got it centered on my desktop with all my favorite programs in it. I have it stay on top so it is easy to start programs quickly!!
You can customize the icons also, not just the ones they have available for it. I use some Longhorn and Vista icons it sometimes!!

I like my start menu, I'm just not a fan of it, I guess you either love it or hate it, and I'm on the hate end LOL
