Grand River, Ontario. Further downstream from this pic (not mine) it flows through the Elora Gorge. For the moment, it's fly-fishing's best kept secret.

Very nice, Banj0.

I took some pics while fishing and hiking at a lake a few weeks ago. I'm using one as my desktop.

And a couple others I took there. The water was like glass.

Not good, but it was right in the middle of the day. We were on our way home from the Current River, where we had a bit more luck. The hiking was awesome though. The lake is right on the Ozark Trail, which goes from St. Louis to Arkansas. We only did a couple miles of it.

Ok, my desktop 'puter is toast right now. Meh, now I got home server on another much more modest box, so I can access all my data from the lappy, so I don't really care right now. Anyways, here is my lappy deskie:

Here's my input for the October Desktops. This is an actual photo at Flagstaff, AZ USA. Below is a link to a NASA site that gives some background on the pic. I thought it was pretty neat...Bill. :roadrunner:

Awesome pic Talker!!! I love Flagstaff. One of my ex-girlfriends moved there in like '96 and I visited a few times. It is truly a magical city, as Talker's unreal pic suggests.

Thanks man, that's a keeper for sure. :roadrunner:
