Help copying a DVD

my grandad has a dvd of his childhood experiences that he wants me to copy, perfectly legal btw but when i try and copu using dvd shrink or dvd decrypter i got errors, cyclic redundency error etc

any ideas what to do?

tools of the trade are dvd43,dvd shrink,nero7 pm for more info,i have being doing this for few years

dvd shrink takes some errr coughing ;)

Yeah that dvd has some errors buy the looks of it try repairing it with isobuster
