It already was "msiexec.old" when I checked to change the name. So is in my PC it set on "Manual". :-)... Any other suggestions before I reformat it?

Learn the lesson, sometimes a very hard one, NEVER trust these 'so called' fixer/registry/I'll cure anything software programs....PERIOD! You never know for sure what its doing behind the scenes, really, unless your MO, and readily reformat by day.

Can try putting mine on yours and see what happens, if you plan a reload this can't really hurt and might even work, never tried it.

So, you mean by changing names there I may install OS every now and then??

I never trust this programs, I only used it 'cause of icons, I changed my computer icons to black ones so I just use that TuneUp for that nothing more.
