:graduated: yeah prolly but I don't need the hot-swap stuff and, handy little dwarf that I be, I fab'd up a very cool 2.5" drive bay for 4 drives out of alum angle and channel etc and a few pop-rivets and voila a cool little drive cage, screwless, acts as a hs and cost about 12$ in stuff. I'll take a snap or 2 and up'm , I'm quite proud of it :giggle:

well, my 'speriment with changing my cluster size (while os installed), came to a tragic end (of course :cc_surrender: ), so i just redid the partitions under 128k stripe, and am getting better reads/writes (remember, i'm not "cheating" by increasing the pci-e clock speed, like someone we know...though if i could, i would :rofl_mini: ).

:cc_surrender: freakin crybaby...... :rofl_mini: but glad u confirmed my conclusion that the 128k stripe seems optimal :(
