Windows Vista is cool, looks good and you want to make XP like it!

Windows Blinds 5 - Although there is a free version. To get DWM you must pay or sneak off to a Torrent/warez site .

Also a Vista Theme (yes similar to 5308) for Windowsblinds5 is available here
