He's obsolete. Win8 has a MSOD now, with little boxes to stare at, should things go wrong, lol.

So, hello MSOD, nice to see your OK.

Swipe 'once' to answer, 'twice' to ignore.

Hi Banjo, Good to see you and Enip are having fun together, like 2 peas in a pod :)

Hey Nvy! Yep, 2 peas in a pod or the last two inmates at the asylum. :giggle: Either or.

I vote for the latter.

I've checked in a couple times but I have to admit there was a pretty extended amount of time between visits for some reason (I blame women). Good to see everyone. I have missed pestering everyone with my wacky computer problems.

I finally gave into the smart phone craze at the beginning of the year or so. I actually really enjoy it. It's my music player, GPS, portable video player, SNES, NES, Sega Genesis, web browsing and email device, ebook reader (if I squint just right), and camera/video camera. Every now and then I make a call or two with it as well.

And I agree with the majority here that Windows 8 caresses balzaks.

As shitty as Vista was (and it was really, really shitty) it at least had DX10 going for it. Crysis looked amazing at the time and was really the only reason I could see to upgrade from XP64bit. Does 8 even have ONE thing positive that makes it worthy as the next MS OS?

I can't bleeping wait until Steam gets their games developed with OpenGL. It's better and will mean one less reason to have to boot to a paid OS.
