:christo: Hey guys, I'm looking for a decent flash drive that does fast on tons of small files and on 1gb plus files. If that even possible? There tons out there, and memory is so cheap that i could pick up a 8gb for $20 usd. Any advise? I have this one right now, and man is it sexy...but it real pain (fitting in usb ports, speed, etc).

I want to be able to run portable apps or an OS on it if I want, and use it as data storage/file transfers.

Hi Christo,

Im not sure if your only asking for a flash mem stick or you might consider a USB harddrive. I have one thats 110GB, USB powered and can do exactly what you're asking for. its the size of a laptop HDD and is very reasonable and reliable. i can plug it into my laptop, desktop and even my PS3, all work, gobs of space. cost: about 60 bucks

:christo: Thanks for the advise guys. Mr X, to answer your question, I'm looking for flash. I have a nice 160gb lappy drive (that I pulled out of my dell when I upgraded to a 7200rmp 100gb hdd) in a nice case. I love that one. I am just looking for a replacement to good old jumpsport drive (wish they still made them) which I then replaced with the one I have currently (which I don't like).
