well, after using the "dreamscape" thing in vista, and downloading the wincustomize app and 'papers, i need to register. i was able to get 4 or 5 "dreamscapes", untill wincustomize needed me to "register". after 16 ATTEMPTS, AND USING ULTRA FOUL LANGUAGE FOR PASSWORD AND LOGON, i am finally able to receive an email to respond to, to validate my account...which requires me to download and install an .exe from them. i dont' need another app, so i assume they must want to install software on my system for eavesdropping of some kind!!! hey, bite me stardock! what a load of crap! oh yeah, i'll gladly install whatever you say, WTF is this .exe? to check out your site? hey, i don't need wincustomize to phone home, reporting on what i do and when i do it!!!

with stardock? you gotta be kidding me. i don't like the idea that i need to install their .exe to be allowed to download "free" stuff from them. doesn't sound good...not a real fan of tracking/malware/adware...

i hope so, though stardock is a big player in windows customization circles, and stands to continue this notoriety into vista...
