We had some leftover Bar-B-Q chicken from the other night.
It was marinated in a lemon-pepper marinade and brushed lightly with my favorite Bar-B-Q sauce.
The wife made some rice-a-roni and we had it with some wine coolers.
Pretty good for a quick meal on a very hot evening :(

Upper Crust Pizza is pretty good here-

We have alot of private Pizza joints along with the usual Pizza Huts, Dominos, Shakeys, etc.
But they usually don't put on all the cheese that they show in their commercials-

My favorite Pizza is from the "pizza Factory" when we go to Bishop-
They are mainly in Cal and Arizona, but unfortunatly not near where I live B)
