When you don't have parents or a significant other Xmas sucks (as far as getting presents goes). However, I'm a dad so it was good because my daughter got everything under the sun. She got a Nexus 7 for her mother's house and an Asus Transformer TF300T for my house. So, it's almost like I got the Transformer since I will be playing with it when she's at her mom's.
Bah humbug though.

happy holidays!!!
i felt so selfish buying toys for me, that i gave my new 27" monitor to my daughter, and sold my new video card, at a loss, to her boyfriend. they are both avid gamers, and will appreciate them more than i. i did order one of those ebay korean glossy apple s-ips panel 27" monitors for myself though...
made another prime rib, fired up the plasma and had a tv night, daughter made gingerbread cookies. it was fun.
