I can't understand why people do things like that. It's so dangerous. Glad the guy is ok but if he did croke it his family that would be going through hell. Same with daredevils. Morons!!

Wrong! Doing things like that is the only way some people see and communicate with god. Every time you cross the line and lose control you see him briefly before bringing it back. For good racers it happens 2-3 times a lap. Just ask RJ if you don't believe me.
been there done that in a different sport. My church was on Sunday... the Sunday morning ride or race. If he died, he would have died happy doing what he loved most! 
We should all be so lucky!
