As much as I'm trying luv Veeeesta Ultimate because I paid for it I can't. I didn't read the above article but... this can't be tolerated! A known kernel leak with an emergency hotfix you may have to pay to get support for?????

One of the PCs has 2 gigs of ram and an AMD 5200+ dual core and it was still slower than molasses in January even after I disabled all of the glitz and sparkle. I put Windows XP Pro on it and it runs like a banshee.
There must be something inherently wrong with that OS and I doubt a service pack or two will be any help. We can only wait and see...
Gratuitous Rant: doG, I hate Vista! I don't particularly care for the look of it either. They should definitely throw the baby out with the bath water on this one. Micro$oft... The company you love to hate, and hate to love... bwaahahahahahaha
Edited for lack of proof reading before I posted...
