Well i tried them and to be honest i was happy with both.
The speed of XP seemed the same and the OS seemed the same, but i liked the way in processes it identifies 32bit apps/64bit apps.
I would of used it longer but my *cough* didn't make it my own...
As for Server 2003 64bit edition, the whole thing seemed to just gel and mould at my finger tips, stability seemed more prominent and i really enjoyed playing with it. Overall i would say it only makes the 32bit seem faster, but i also found i didnt have to run everything in compatibility mode like i had to on the 32bit one, and also drivers JUST worked.
I LOVE IT!

Looks like Server is the best ... if I happen to get a 64 bit machine, like I want to, then that's the OS of my choice

oh definitely man, there is a trial of both for people interested on the MS site, just google XP trial or Server 2003 Trial and the 64bit ones are right there.
Try them and learn!

Yeah, i have both right now burned on disc, just waiting to be install on my upcoming 64 bit machine. I do need some "coughs" for them though, cause i hate running trials.
