Having problems with LMGRD service and Win7 ?

Just disable the service and run this before loading ArcGIS*.

set path = %path%;C:\Program Files (x86)\ESRI\License\arcgis9x
cd C:\Program Files (x86)\ESRI\License\arcgis9x
lmgrd.exe -z -c license.lic

~edit~

*Considering default location.

Works fine for me w/ v9.2+ !
