Windows, because of it's:
- Driver Compatibility
- Software Compatibility
- Ease of use
- Lack of a need to use the command line very often

DOS as a most stable one.
But...
my favourite is Windows 95.
The best ponit & click adventure in the world.
You never now what will pop out after any kind of input.
You dont even have to give any input, You can just watch it and get an error message.
I just love to hate that piece of s**t.
