But better late then never, post them up!

*update*

I'm experimenting, making this topic a poll as well.
  • You can for now only vote once.
  • I will update the list as the month passes and new desktops are posted
  • Yes, indeed, the earlier you post, the longer you are an option in the poll
  • I trust you won't only vote for yourself
  • Multiple desktops from one user will also mean multiple options in the poll
  • I might miss a desktop, PM me if your desktop ain't added to the poll after two days
  • The poll won't be updated anymore 3 days before the end of the month (offcourse, please keep posting pretty desks)
  • Please be fair, I can not see who voted for whose desktop
  • Feel free to ask
  • And offcourse, finally, what do you think of this idea?

Ever since you guys got me looking at HDR pictures, I spend way too much time going to Google and typing "HDR _________". I fill in the blank with all sorts of things like "skys", "seashores", "cathedrals", and all kinds of stuff. This month's desktop is from one of those searches and is of a Lutheran Cathedral in Reykjavik, Iceland...:graduated:

Wow, never seen one like that before. Is it a common architectural trend? I studied a bit of art in college and we looked at many cathedrals but mostly gothic cathedrals (you know, Notre-Dame-de-Paris...) I love cathedrals cause there is so much work put into it and they are simply amazing constructions.

Hi Michael,
I was able to find the shot again by doing the same search. There was no information concerning the shot itself but was shot by Trey Ratcliff. It appears that he has a website HERE. It is slow to load but wait until you see the shots there. He also has a blog and all kinds of stuff. He may tell you what you are looking for just for the asking. Hope this helps some...Bill. :graduated:

Ok, I got an idea today, so, here it is.

This topic is a poll from now on. You can vote for the prettiest desktop of this month.

Thus yes, the earlier you post, the better chances of winning you probably have, because I will update the choices as new desktops are posted.

If you add a new desktop, your new option will be added, with short description of the both images (probably something with 'flowers' or 'car' or so)

And, here's my laptop's desktop for now:

Attached Image: Naamloos.jpg

p.s.
If I miss a desktop, PM me for it
And I trust you won't all just be voting, as huge ego-trippers, for yourselfs...
