A simple meal tonite, a can of white Alabacore tuna for tuna salad with crackers that was followed up with homemade sugar cookies and cold milk. Not a bad meal for about $2.00...talker. :graduated:

Ah yes, Christo, but when I am just wanting to eat quickly, I just use some mayo (JFG Mayo is my favorite brand) and spread it on the crackers. Normally I don't buy the higher dollar Albacore. It is usually $1.20+ per can higher than regular tuna. But this week it was on sale for only $.30 per can more so I stocked up. It may spoil me from the regular tuna but I will worry about that when I run out this time...talker. :giggle:

Mine was the leftovers from my kids dinner, Chef Boyardee ravioli. LOL, ended up with like 1/4 of a bowl of it and lots of sauce. Took 2 bread heels (talk about perfect, that is what the heel is made for) and sopped up the sauce. Just now, got the kids in bed (the wife is out and about tonight) and just poured me a shot of Jack...

Yeah, nothing fancy at all today.
