Yeah, it really is somewhat deep. Take ghosts/spirits for instance. Some see them, some don't. Those that don't believe they exist will never see them. Should they start to believe, they will see them. Perhaps a poor analogy but you should get the idea anyway...talker.

I also support such thoughts. I believe in many things, maybe its the reason i see so many freak things in my life...

it is not just the glass. everything looks better. smooth. i won't go into other things, as this was a thread regarding glass effects in vista, though i bet it would work with your skin app too, though you might find that your resources, ie cpu usage, is increased dramatically if the effect is increased, and dragging the altered window might prove difficult...
