well, it might do if pci-e and configured properly. nice to offload to a dedicated cpu...will it come in black?

There site is still leaving that part out,
I have been watching this but have been having trouble deciding if I think its a good idea or not, (At any rate my Connection is still my bottle neck, Wireless G.)

This kinda looks like the Intel NIC's I use... Intel has it's own CPU on their NIC's for years already. All my NIC's have an integrated encryption co-processor.

And I actually do notice the difference btw!

I have actually never used one of my 10/100/1000 Ethernet Ports,
I went from 56k (Back in the day) to DSL + Wireless B to DSL 3GBPS + Wireless G

I take it you have to have one of these in every computer to be able to transfer that fast
