I dont know how to tell if I have 64 bits or not- how do I find out? To ask for remote assistance you have to check the box in system properties to allow it right? It asks who you want to invite but who do you know? I want a pro to help but have no names.

Right click 'My Computer', select 'Properties' 
Listed under 'Computer' and the OS listed under 'System'
and .........under same display click the 'Hardware' tab, then 'Device Manager'. Click the little '+' next to 'Processors'. If you have one core then one entry will be listed, two cores, two entries and so on.......
Untick that little box under 'remote assistance', its a security risk!
Oh.......and welcome to the board

Or click "Run" and type winver.
