Here is the breakdown:

In Store Activation Only (can't be activated online)
High Price in Data Transfer $30.00 US
Plus Voice Calling- another $45.00 US

and most important, You buy the phone, but have to sign a 2 year contract with AT&T even if you are a current AT&T customer out of contract.

Sorry, but AT&T F%$#ed up the deal
